Coming back from Egypt was a glorious homecoming, it was such a comfort to be in a disease-free JC.
Coming back from Jordan was an even more glorious homecoming, it was great to be back in a city I know.
Going back to Springville will be not so glorious. (no offense to anyone at home. i love you all.)
We only have a month and a half left and I'm starting to get homesick for Jerusalem just thinking about going back to Utah.
I used to imagine going home and I was excited to be back in the States eating Cafe Rio and watching Project Runway.
Now I'd rather eat Falafels and watch Indiana Jones to prepare for the next field trip.
I'm just now feeling completely at home with 79 new friends in this Holy Land and just when I'm most comfortable...it will be over. Trying to hold on to time is impossible though.
2 weeks in the center.
2 weeks in Galilee (huzzah birthday).
2 weeks back in the center.
Then home.
