brittanyaustin08.blogspot.com turns 22!

 "if I'm not passionate about it, I hate it." this is one of the first things that brittany austin said to me my first night sleeping in our room freshman year (if only it had also been the first day of school instead of a week later-imagine where our friendship would be now!) this statement may be a little strong (there are couple of things she feels ambivalent about like writing, harry potter and snow) but it still describes britt to me. she is passionate about so much, and not to be like mushy (because believe me I do not have mushy feelings ever) but she has made me a more passionate person. I don't know if I would write like I do without nay nor do I know if I would buy expensive things like I do without britt. I'm not entirely sure that these are both good things, but I feel like an appreciation of nice things is good--no more hanes t-shirts for me (...right...) brittany has been a force for good in my life (thus far) and I do love her.

yesterday was her birthday so for my own viewing pleasure, as well as brittnay's I present the most epic of all epic facebook posts. thank you facebook and brittnay for fostering creativity and wit.

what I'm trying to say here is brittany jo slammin jammin up and down the court like her brother austin is one of my favorite people this side of anywhere. I cannot say how happy I am that I randomly enrolled in the 'honors civilizations' freshman academy and roomed not-too-close-to-the-bathroom-but-just-close-enough otherwise i would have never became friends with her, most likely. I can't imagine my college career without this wo-man. so, just one day late (hey I had a paper to write, and people to see, okay?) I wish this brittany girl a very merry happy birthday from the bottom of my heart which is so expansive there is no bottom. 

let's go to mimi's and barnes and noble to celebrate once more, shall we?
