Dearest Alysa and I were looking at her old blog and she mentions in it the ridiculous-ness of online website chatting social circle expanding time wasting things like Fbook. Then it occured to me, YEAH, that is all true. My life revolves around facebook. I come home and I run, literally sprint, to the computer just to make sure that nothing happened in the two hours while I was at class. Why? It's not important or anything. Oh wait, let's be honest-things happen so it is imperitive that I do those sprints.
For example, what if someone broke up, ended their fbook relationship, or maybe even died?? If not for facebook I would have to hear it second hand aka not even legitely aka it would be embarrassing to be say, "uh no I didn't know." These are the reasons that I have a facebook, to become more socially active, basically. I think that I've made 2 friends through fbook. But technically that isn't true...but that's not the point. The point is it is useful and time-wasting, yes. But how else can you keep tabs on all the loves of your life? Only through facebook. It is my ultimate stalking tool.
I rest my case.
P.S. Notice how many notifications in the picture. I have that many friends. What would I do without that reassurance that people remember my birthday? That they love me that much? Die, that's what.
